Saturday, Sage turned 8 and chose to be baptised. Grandma and Grandpa Jones were able to be there. And the Rowley gaing made it as well. The baptism program began at 8:30 am and was very nice. It was a little early for 12 people and 2 showers, but it let us spend the rest of the day celebrating birthdays with family.

After Family Night tonight, I wanted to see how long Randee & I could hold plank for. Ok, so it was modified plank (on elbows), and it wasn’t that long. I didn’t give it 100%, but she still would have beat me. That little machine wasn’t even breaking a sweat. But it did give me a great idea, and so we cut our little contest short so that Randeee wouldn’t be too tired for THE BATTLE!
We invited Lance into the room, and he was challenged to a BATTLE of PLANK - this time there was no modification! Randee jumped right in while dad casually assumed the position. After a while I noticed that Lance had his feet pushing up agaginst the sofa. I called him on it and they continued. Randee never stopping. Then, Lance kept trying to put his butt in the air (to take his abs out of the equation) — sorry dad “no cheating”
After a few more attempls at cheeting, and Randee never flinching, Lance finally gave up! He absolutely did not let her win, she just WON.

Who’s your Daddy?

Saturday we put up the Christmas Tree. It was the only available weekend before Christmas. We had a great time. After that, the girls spent the afternoon working tirelessly on their “project”. When they were finished, they weren’t sure if I’d let them bring it into the house. But, when I saw their cute little faces, and very creative little masterpiece, I couldn’t resist.

How can you not love these kids?!

I just took Tyson to his new pediatrician. He had his 4 month check up (just a little late). He’s 90th for height and 80th for weight. Daddy’s so proud of his big boy.

Here’s the new office. Its still a work in progress, but we’ve finally got the essentials: furniture, minimal wall art, equipment, etc.

Main Treatment Room

2nd Treatment Room

Waiting Room

Sign-In/Reception
You may have noticed that the cabinetry in the 2 treatment rooms are different. We are waiting for the correct cabinet doors to come in for the 2nd treatment room. They will both be the lighter finish.
